divaliciousdee 0 Posted October 6, 2005 Okay Ladies watch the sodium content those two dishes are packing heavily with sodium. I have high blood pressure and for those of you like me stay away from those pre-packaged stroke meals! They will do more harm than good especially with all that sodium! Remember that salt is NaCl(sodium chloride). Diva
Teresita 0 Posted October 6, 2005 Dee Dee you are so right. I have high blood pressure and when a doctor puts you on a low sodium diet, you should have not more then 2,000mg a day. With one of these meals you have consumed almost of your sodium. You need to take everything into consideration when eating and drinking. There is sodium in everything including your drinks.
