When u were 2 months post op, how much did u lose?

I am feeling you pain. I had surgery on August 12, 2009. I have lost 22 lbs total. I didn't have to do a pre diet. But the one thing I'm able to do, that I couldn't do before is walk 5 miles every morning. I am exercising and still at a plateau. I just want to keep the lbs dropping even if it's 1-2 pounds a week. I am hoping to get my first fill within the next couple of weeks. My doctor was adamant about not getting a fill before 6 to 8 weeks after surgery. Good luck to you and don't give up.

My surgery was August 14th and I have lost 18 pounds since surgery. I was happy with that but haven't lost any more. My doctor is also adamant about not doing fills for 8 weeks and won't give you one if you are losing weight. I am HUNGRY and can eat like normal.(my band is empty) I am just being ultra careful to make healthy choices. I was very disappointed too but you lost a lot for 1 month...keep your head up and try to stay positive!
