kristik99 0 Posted September 20, 2009 That is where the conflicting information comes in--his literature and website say 24-48 hours, but the booklet I got after surgery and the nurse told me 2 weeks. But, I do not think I can do the two weeks. I can't sleep tonight because I am so hungry. I just got up and drank some milk (which I dispise) blech.
123crod 170 Posted September 21, 2009 I was hungry after the first week day and night until I got on solids and had my first fill at 4 weeks post op. Since then I have had no hunger at all. The head hunger is getting better too.

I'm still here 0 Posted September 4, 2011 I can't believe Dr. Spivak moved . . . I had an issue and went to see the docs who took over his patients in early July, and honestly was not impressed at all. Dr. Spivak's shoes will be hard to fill. I am wondering if any of you have seen the new docs, or if you are going to go somewhere else for your lap-band care / issues??
123crod 170 Posted September 6, 2011 I miss Dr Spivak so much. Which Doctor did you see Yu or Scrabrough? I am seeing Dr Terry Scrabrough as they told me he will fill me with Omnipaque which is what Dr Spivak put in my Band since the begining. I go on the 22 of Sept. Dr Yu will not. I will let you know how it goes Cheri
