So im required to do one Meal Replacement and then low calorie the rest of the day. I just made my first Protein Shake according to the instructions from my nutr. and i added ice and 1/2 a cup of strawberries with 12oz 1% milk. After blending it, the entire blender was full, its a lot to get down!! Am i doing something wrong or do you think its just frothe? it's so much to drink!:)

Don't add the ice and cut the milk back to 8oz if it is still too much. That's what I would do.
