when did you get cleared for exercise?

I just had surgery a week ago, and I know I probably am not anywhere near the exercise point, but I am anxious to start. when did yall get cleared by your dr. to exercise?

after my two weeks post-op checkup.you are just starting to heal.15lbs thats great, i lost 19lbs my first two weeks. my instructions were 1 ounce of ensure every hour four times a day, thank goodness i did not have an appetite. how about you . it just seems to vanish.

I was cleared for walking right away. Full exercise @ 2 weeks. Ab exercise @ 6 weeks. Please check with your surgical team for your schedule.
