Banana Pudding Shake

Recommended Posts

This is a shake that someone emailed me, I just tried it today and in love. Oh my it is sooo sooo gooood...:drool::blush::drool::blush:

Banana Pudding Shake

Go to Walmart < my fav store!

Look in the pharmacy section, with all the nutrition stuff

1. EAS Soy Protein 20g.

It is a white container...with a purple label...1.3 lb. Its about $8.00 a real bargain.(I used oh-yea vanilla shake)

Then head over to the sugar-less Cookies.< /span>

2. Murrays sugar free vanilla wafers. I add about 6 to 7 cookies. They LOOK like Nilla Vanilla wafers. Buy all the boxes they have, they are hard to find and when they have them, I buy all of them. Don't get confused that another pkg of cookies by Murray says Vanilla wafers but they are the rectangle shaped cookies,,,that's NOT it. K?

3. half a banana or banana flavoring

4. Yoplait vanilla yogart, light. OR Banana flaver

5. 1% cottage cheese, I buy Great value cuz it tastes best to me.

6. 1% great value milk, 8 ounces

7. Vanilla extract...how much you like is fine.

8.six ice cubes

Throw all this in the blender. Let me know what you think...its yummy. And cheap. Hard work?? you bet it is. Worth every single second.

Today I weigh 142.3. Love it.I weighed 222 about 2 and a half yrs ago! 5' almost 4''.

Hugs

Nancy

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
