Just realize a little hunger (ok a LOT of hunger) now won't hurt you nearly as much as a slipped band, and advancing a diet too fast is a major cause of them (per my surgeon). OnTheWay to Thin 0 Posted September 5, 2009 After the first 2 days I was allowed to go to strained Soups and then after 7 days thicker soups that would fit through a straw and applesauces, sf pudding, yougurt, mashed fruit with fruit juice to make it thinner, i added chicken broth to all the soups after blending to make them thin enough and used fruit juice on fruits and puddings... also milk, and protien powders...
