irishlass 0 Posted September 3, 2009 My husband finally said yes to the lap band procedure! My insurance won't pay for it so becoming self-pay was a big deal for us. I'm so excited to be doing the fast track at TLC Edge in the Dallas area. My first appointments are 9/25. One of my good friends is doing it with me. We've shared diets and tears so we're doing surgery together too. We see the dietician and the pre-op physician's asst. that day. Can you tell me what did and how everything went? Have you picked a surgeon yet? I go next Tuesday the 6th. Any information you can give me would be great!!
