karsab 0 Posted September 2, 2009 Does anybody get the hiccups frequently after they eat?
Unforgettable 0 Posted September 2, 2009 I do occasionally. My dietician said that sometimes it is a sign of being full. I've read that other people burp when they are full.
TimeTraveller 0 Posted September 2, 2009 I've just resolved myself to the fact that hiccups are going to happen at every single meal from now on with the band. I get them pretty strong when I eat too fast, or, when I really didn't need to eat to begin with. Other times, it's a sign that my band hasn't loosened up for the day (normally tight in the mornings and at night).
karsab 0 Posted September 2, 2009 Yea, it's right afterthe very first couple bites of a meal and they are strong. Doesn't last long, just something I noticed.
GracieBelle 0 Posted September 3, 2009 Only if I eat too fast. My band is tighter in the mornings too, but not at night.
hallfamilyx2 0 Posted September 8, 2009 I just searched this topic after another horrendous bout with hiccups. I realized that it happens usually when I eat too much, too fast or haven't drunk enough Water........... My band is VERY tight when I don't drink enough during the day - especially in the mornings. Once I drink plenty of liquids, I am able to eat a little more.
isaviolinist 11 Posted September 8, 2009 I have hiccups all the time. I had hiccups a lot before the band, and now I have them all the time.
