oliviasmommy 0 Posted September 2, 2009 My goals for sept is to have lost 5 lbs my next fill sept 14th. I've only been losing 1lb a month and I've been working really hard since my last fill. Libbyjane1976 1 Posted September 3, 2009 My goal for September is to lose 5 pounds. I will do this by walking at least 3 days a week on my lunch hour, working out at least 2-3 nights a week doing some sort of cardio video and also by watching what I eat. Lately it seems as though my weight loss has drastically slowed down. I'm lucky if I lose 2 lbs every 2 weeks!!! I think I really need to buckle down, watch everything I eat and exercise more.
