Rutiglius 0 Posted September 9, 2009 My nutritionist recommended Centrum chewables. I have the orange flavored. The only disadvantage is having to supplement Calcium.< /div> Yep! The information booklet that I got with my surgery also recommended Centrum chewables. I take the Nature Made calcium chews (caramel). I have no issues at all swallowing a large Multivitamin once a day, even first thing in the morning, when I am tightest. I can't stand the taste of most chewables, and the kids ones tend to be quite incomplete, even if you take 2. Everyone is different I guess. I am quite tight with restriction, yet pills don't give me any problems.
 AirKuhl 1 Posted September 11, 2009 Centrum Silver chewables. I use the Silver because it doesn't have Iron, which is important for me. If you need more Calcium eat some Tums or the generic equivalent, cheapest way. They taste pretty much the same as I remember. I am also supposed to chew two antacids, like rolaids or tums for Calcium. I am not short of anything, so I don't need anything extra or special. Both are cheap and easy.
