Yesterday~3 ml. brisk walk Today~ 2 ml. brisk walk Well, I'm quoting my last check in because I had to share that I finally broke that plateau. I weighed myself yesterday & the scale went down 4 POUNDS!!!! Finally after about 2 wks.
