This is what I had for breakfast..try it!

I want to share one I just invented this morning. This is what I had for Breakfast and it was SOOOOO GOOD! Try it:

  • 1/2 cup Fiber One Complete pancake Mix (mix with Water as directed)
  • sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice in the batter
  • slice 1/2 a small banana into the batter
  • cook as directed (you can make one big pancake or 2 small ones)

  • Top with sugar free syrup
  • the rest of the banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Lite Whipped Topping (only 20 calories)
  • some sliced almonds

OMG! It was sooo good! Hope you try it and enjoy. This will def. keep me full until lunch. I may not even need a snack today. Lol.:frown:

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
