flab2fabdiva 0 Posted September 1, 2009 I want to share one I just invented this morning. This is what I had for Breakfast and it was SOOOOO GOOD! Try it: 1/2 cup Fiber One Complete pancake Mix (mix with Water as directed) sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice in the batter slice 1/2 a small banana into the batter cook as directed (you can make one big pancake or 2 small ones) Top with sugar free syrup the rest of the banana sliced 2 tablespoons of Lite Whipped Topping (only 20 calories) some sliced almonds OMG! It was sooo good! Hope you try it and enjoy. This will def. keep me full until lunch. I may not even need a snack today. Lol.:frown: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
