The last 30 lbs kind of sunck up on me and then boom I jumped on the scale and was down 25.. weird as I was celebrating every 10lbs, and boy it took a while.... now I really need to do some weights !!!:biggrin: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yasmina 0 Posted September 4, 2009 well it took me about a year to lose 50lbs and another 30 the next year. The last little bit seemed a lot easier once a met wth the people at TLBC and we discusses my food needs and what I was lacking. Now that I an gtting more Protein the weight seems to be coming off much easier. This changed my life ,how I look at food and handle stress.I can no longer go out with friends for a plate of nachos and a beer. But 2 or three nachoes and a glass of wine works jut fin and still provides me with what I need......Chocolate, well that is a different story ...lol:blush: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
