september exercise challange

How about a sept exercise challange? My goal is to go to the gym 4x a week and at least one day a week do weight training. Cardio 30 mins

People, where are ya?

Yesterday, no cardio but hit the legs HARD! Squats, leg press, straight leg deadlifts, leg curls, standing and sitting calf raises. I won't put the weights down 'cuz that would just intimidate all of ya. :mad:

This morning, ran 4 miles on tired legs. Go figure.:thumbup:

Tonight will be back and biceps.

Let's get going people, we're wasting the month away.
