AirKuhl 1 Posted August 28, 2009 Awesome!!! The benefits last far outside the time in the gym. An hour workout raises your metabolism for as much as 48 hours, even while sleeping. You also end up with more energy in general, so you are more likely to do the little things around the house and yard you've been avoiding, which burns even more calories. Keep it up! Diamond In The Rough2 0 Posted September 28, 2009 Two months ago was my 1st day, and I will have to say that if I would have known that it would be like this, I would have been going all along. I was full of energy during and well into after I left the gym. I do not view it as a chore at all. I kow that I am going to feel more enegy afterwards on top of feeling better about myself. When I first started, I did not have a MP3 player, and it sucked, but once I got me some music going. It made it a blast.
