JULIEM81 0 Posted August 26, 2009 I've started taking body pump and body combat classes at my gym and many of the exercises involve running, scissor movements, and jumping. I'm having alot of trouble doing these movements because the jiggling of my tummy. I have alot of loose skin and the constant bouncing makes me uncomfortable in more ways than one. Any suggestions on how to reign in this area so I can jump and run without so much discomfort? Thanks!!!
SuzanneG 1 Posted August 26, 2009 Have you tried some of the compression garments?

Bethanyblondie 0 Posted August 26, 2009 I wear kind of tight exercise pants that sort of feel like they hold some "stuff" in...but I totally understand the feeling! I take boot camp classes and I have to hold down the "girls" with my arms when we do jumping jacks...otherwise I'd get black eyes!
gitrdone 0 Posted August 26, 2009 Not sure where your at clothes size wise but you can find spandex workout clothes at Target, Wallyworld. I've found even using undies that actually FIT  helps to keep the belly less bouncy.
