I was wondering the same thing. I watch the infomercial and was thinking of ordering it, but would like some feedback from someone who uses it.

LOL, we must have all watched the same infomercial!!! It looked good to me, too and many of the moves are similar or the same as my personal trainer has me doing. I hope someone who has it posts.

Good luck tomorrow, Mems. I like that Slim N 6 has graduated weeks of build up. I am working with a trainer now, but when I have Plastic Surgery I won't be exercising for a while and will have to build back up again.

JUKU, that is good to know about the taebo moves, too. I think I will buy it next time I see the infomercial. I know you can buy it off their website, too.

I bought slim in 6 years ago and actually still have it! I bought the whole set, so it came with like 6 different workouts. When I did slim in 6 with a good diet, I lost about 45 pounds! I like that there is a mix of levels. You start at a beginner level and progress to the next one on your own time. But it was nice so you dont get bored! You should give them try!

I was watching the infomercial today and was thinking about getting it. I like to change up my workouts since I don't have a gym membership. It guarantees 10 lbs and 10 inches lost in the 1st week.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
