I was just wondering, if I do my crunches on my Water bed, will it be as effective as if I did them on the floor or on a bench? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Erin18 143 Posted August 24, 2009 it might be, I know it is on a regular bed cause fittness lady at the rehabilitation center in the hospital said I could do them on the bed if the floor hurts my back too much but I'm only 3 weeks and 3days post op and she told me way back before pre op I can't do crunches or sit ups til 6 weeks post op but try it (: if it doesn't work try getting a comfy floor mat Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
