AJU 0 Posted August 24, 2009 Hi, As soon as I was able to start exercising I did. I started with walking the mall, one lap then two and so on. I then joined the gym with my daughter last February. I tried doing different classes to see how liked them, but decided the tread mill was the best for me. I do the FAT burn program for 45 min. and usually burn about 450 calories. I then maybe 3 times a week add in weights, depending on my time. I love the gym, I like going with my daughter, even if we might be doing different work outs. Keep it up!

AJU 0 Posted August 28, 2009 Good Job MommyX2! Don't burn your self out! Having one "cheat night" is always a good thing, it gets you through the whole rest of the week. I go out every Friday night with my husband "Date Night" and have a drink and usually share a meal. I am always aware of what we choose and make sure its not too bad, then I know just what I need to do at the gym the next day! Have fun, this is a great thing we have done for ourselves.
