gitrdone 0 Posted August 17, 2009 Even though you've already lost 18 pds be sure and take your measurements before you start cardio! I didn't unfortunatly, but since I just wore a pair of [no stretch] shorts that had a GOOD 4 inch gap the last time I tried to button them..... I know I'm losing inches, gaining muscle [since I'd been SUCH a computer potato for the last 4 years], and losing weight also. I have WAY more energy, and I like me for the first time in a LOOOOONNNNNGGGGGG time. All this on just 3 weeks of cardio/strength training of an hour a day :-) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
