I can't believe its been 1 year!!

Hello all you August All Stars!!

Today is my 1 year anniversary and I am happy to say that I am down 70 pounds! A year ago I was tired all the time, my legs hurt, my asthma was bad, and I was generally an unhappy person. But today, all that has changed! I thought I would be at my goal by now, but I am really happy with all that I have achieved.

I would also like to take a minute to say thank you to all of you! I have not been on this forum very much in the past few months and I was really glad to see so many people still on here! I could not have gotten through this past year with out reading and re-reading all of the things that you all have posted. I was never a big "poster" even at the best of times, but in my weak moments it was you people that got me through it! So thank you for being an insperation to me, even if I didn't say so before!

I hope that you all are enjoying the "new" yous! Who knows maybe next summer instead of a tankini I will wear a bikini! Is that ok after 35? Oh who the hell cares anyway!!!:w00t:

That is awesome...I have had similar reflections. A year ago there was a completely different me in energy. I am very thankful for this site as at first I had many questions and there were lots of people here willing to listen or give some good advice.

Good luck and I know you will be in a bikini!!!!

(PS we went down the exact same amount...70 in a year...GREAT for you!)
