Banded 7/31 Can't Shake Foggy Feeling

Recommended Posts

I wake up every morning (8+ hours of sleep) and I am very groggy. I feel like I am in a fog most of the day. today it finally began feeling better around 4:00 pm (US-Central time zone). Have any of you had a similar experience?

I felt foggy. I think it was more of the liquids for so long plus the anesthesia. It really hangs on to some people. For me, the 1st week after surgery, I was miserable. Gas, pain, tired, unable to drink at all 1st 2 days etc Now, almost 6 weeks out, I don't feel like I even had surgery!

Foggy---Are you still taking the pain meds at night?

As for the phlem, that is prob from the breathing tube irritating your throat. Happened to me and it cleared up.
