Clarecer 1 Posted August 7, 2009 I think you can do drinakble yogurts OK. I put yogurt in my smoothies too to get the Protein.< /p>
Brockbabe82 0 Posted August 7, 2009 I did use yogurt as well. The drinkable ones are less thick , so they are probably easier to go down, which would be a good choice. good luck to you!
pickles123 0 Posted August 7, 2009 I hope I will be able to have yogurt. That is one of my daily foods. I havn't had surgery yet.
greytz 4 Posted August 7, 2009 I ate yogurt also. It was a good choice. My surgeon suggested I put a teaspoon of my Protein mix in it and that is what I did with the vanilla flavor. That way, I got my protein in easier. How are you feeling Erin? Did you get rid of the nausea?
Erin18 143 Posted August 7, 2009 it's gone for now I had to go see my surgeron again today and he did a barium swallow everything was in it's place and he gave me a stronger nausea med
Grandma26 1 Posted August 7, 2009 Hi Erin! Hope you are doing ok. Are you on Clear liquids or full liquids? I could't have anything you can't see through for 12 days. Then I went on full liquids, which is anything you can pour, for another week so the drinkable yogurts were ok at that point. I haven't been on line in a few days how did your surgery go?
