I’m so excited!!! I had my body fat tested hydrostatically today and found out that I am “Average” at 22.3%. You can read the details of my testing in this other post. I still have some weight to lose to get into the “Good” range and I need to do some toning of my arms, man-boobs, and tummy – but boy am I excited about being an “Average” guy:thumbup:
