OH GLORY!

I am sooo happy to say that I found a Protein Powder today that I needed. I am getting banded next wednesday. I have been trying different Protein Drinks but they all gave me diareah... real bad!:tt2: I was so upset thinking what am I going to do when I found this powder and TRIED it. Its the GNC brand with 60 grams of Protein in it. I got a tub of it and am ready to go with it.:laugh: I was suprised though. Just by reading the lables on the different flavors, how much different the carbs go up. What on earth is that all about?! I mean.. a LOT too.:smile2: Even the guy who worked there said he has not seen that big of a jump due to flavor before.

Im just glad I found one for me! Pheshew!

do you know what type of Protein it is i am milk sensitive and too much whey protein gives me the same problem i can do 2 shakes of whey protein but any more than that will make me sick maybe you were sensitive to the type of protein in the other powders glad u found one that you can stomach

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
