Libbyjane1976 1 Posted July 28, 2009 Anyone out there work out to the Biggest Loser DVD's? I borrowed the Biggest Loser Workout DVD part 1 from a friend of mine and I absolutely love it. I've never sweated so much during a workout in my life! Just was wondering what other people thought of it and are there any others they recommend? I also do taebo, P90 and during the winter Walk Away the Pounds.
bamagirl4life 0 Posted July 29, 2009 i have biggest loser boot camp with bob. I really liked it. Its three stages. You do stage one for two weeks then add stage two then stage three. He really works all area's. I just got 30 day shred with jillian. Now that's a workout i have never sweated so much in my life. You are moving the whole time. It is a three stage also. Bob is good but jillian will make you burn.

Blaze21 5 Posted July 30, 2009 I mean I've tried them but never completed a workout, just to see how it is. The cardio max was good from what I can remember. I'm usually doing the wii active more than the dvds. I have the yoga ready to go, but haven't gotten around to it as of yet.
