:smile:I went to my appointment today, i am seven months post-op.i am 95lbs down i cannot believe it. he would not give me a fill today i lost 14 pounds between june-july.this would have been my six fill. but i go back next month.just wanted to share. sil:thumbup:

Wow !!! That is great. We were band the same week and I am not doing as well as you. I have lost 53 pounds. What do you eat? Right now I can not stop eating sugary foods. My band is good I can not eat that much at one meal. Your insight would be helpful Thanks and congrads!!!
