I found some bullion cubes today at Walmart. One was cilantro flavored, the other was chipolte. I boiled some low fat low sodium chicken broth and added one of each to it. Wow, it was good. Had a real kick to it! I'm sure it's more sodium than I need everyday, but it did give me the flavor boost I was looking for to get through today.

I even boiled some squash for my family and add the chipolte one to the Water. They loved it!

Something to consider when you get to the liquid/full liquid stage and need a bit of a flavor booster.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not into hot and spicy much, but some in my family are. I found some Tomato flavored buillon some time ago and have saved it to rev up some of my buillon too. I can have grits too on my liquid diet and if I make them with chicken or beef broth...divine!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
