None of them! LOL

But I use the premixed EAS Carb Control AdvantEDGE ones...I do chocolate. They are what my doc recommended and I still have them often for Breakfast and lunch. It's just food so they don't bother me much any more.

Oh I love the Slim Fast Cappachino! I think they are just as good as a Starbucks Frapachino.

I posted this recipe on another thread but it was/is my fav so I will share it again! 1/4 nonfat plain yougurt, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon sugarfree chocolate Syrup, 1 tablespoon light Peanut Butter and a scoop of Protein Powder. Super Yum!!!!! If it is too thick add some nonfat milk.

My favorite is juice Plus+ Complete (Chocolate)! This stuff is extremely good- coming from a chocoholic. I mix it with either reg. skim milk or chocolate soy milk and it's awesome! You can also make shakes with strawberries, or almond extract! YUM! Juice Plus has the necessary nutrition for Lapband (or anyone) patients just because we already know it's hard enough to get all the nutrients we need... check it out... www.bparkerjuiceplus.com!

I drink an Adkins vanilla shake with 1 1/2 capful of Divinci sugar free Raspberry Syrup which I bought at either Sam's Club or BJs. Tastes like a raspberry milk shake. I actually crave it in the morning now. Divinci also has other favors of sugar free syrup.

My favorite is nectar chocolate Truffle. It tastes just like nesquik chocolate milk. I don't even like milk lol and it has been really good so far.

I can't drink the ones you mix with Water. It just has that off taste that I cannot stomach. Its a pain to drink those.

I have one powder that I really think mixes extremely well with skim milk. This would be the 110% whey Protein powder from GNC. It comes in a red pouch like bag and the best flavors are banana Cream-taste like pie, chocolate and Vanila..

Totally good stuff and they run 22-26 gms of protein!

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
