Stomach sore and bloated

I was banded yesterday and I'm so sore and bloated. How long does this last?

for me it was about 3 days

What did you take to help it? I have to gas x strips, is there anything else?

i just dealt with it . it was not a good feeling.

I'll just grin and bare it! My pain med puts me to sleep, at least I'll get a good nights sleep tonight. Hopefully it'll be better in the morning. Other then this pain and bloating I've been feeing awesome!!

I was banded on the 15th of July. I wasn't bloated but definitely sore. I am still sore but no where near it was in the begining. It started getting much better on day 4 though. Good luck!

For me it took about a week but I had the hernia repair also. Gas X strips is what I used also but you should be able to take the gas x small gels also. They're the same size as my smallest medications I can take without splitting. Good luck and it will get better soon!

I was banded on Tuesday, July 21st. It is now Friday, July 24th. Still uncomfortable and bloated. Still have sharp intermittent shoulder pain as well. However, flying to NY from Mexico didn't help yesterday. It was a long time to sit and be uncomfortable. I am hoping for lots of improvement today and tomorrow!
