Kaiser Patients - How much did you have to loose pre-surgery?

I have my Orientation next week and am curious as to how much weight they will require me to loose. How about you?

At my Kaiser orientation I was told you must loose 10% of your body weight based on weight at orientation. Kaiser makes you attend 6 mos. of options classes before you even get to meet with a surgeon. It's a long process. You also have to show how you have attempted to loose the weight on your own in the past so you may want to be prepared with this info. for orientation so you can get your Options registration paperwork turned in at the time of orientation.
