als74 1 Posted July 22, 2009 Well, that all depends on your current underware. If your undees are usually tight and binding, you might need some grannies. paracelsus51 0 Posted July 22, 2009 My big cut is right at my waist line, so anything tight is a bad idea. I wear Lovepats underwear, which are the best I've found. Very comfy, non-binding and seamless. They also accommodate any swelling, which I have as a side effect of a hysterectomy four years ago. This surgery was so much easier than that one.
