Men who have been banded

Hi all, got banded on July 15 and all is going well. Looking to see if there is anyone else on who got banded on the 15th and or men who have recently been banded.

Hey there Jacksdad,

I was banded on Dec. 19th of 2008.. I know it's not recently, but didn't see any other replies.

WHen i started my journey in Sept. 2008, i was at my heaviest of 470 lbs. By my surgery date, i was at 410 lbs. As of today (July 29, 2009) i'm at 319 lbs this morning.

So, i can say without a doubt that this is the best thing i've ever done.

Thanks guys and nice to meet you. I know there are a good number of women on thsi site so it is good to conenct with some guys since sometimes the weight loss can be a little different.

Im excited about how its going and need to exert some will power for the next few weeks as I had not had a fill yet and am not getting as full.

Done well the first two weeks, down 18.6 and now am exercising much more which helps.
