ickytazz 0 Posted September 23, 2005 Im trying to make sure im getting all my Water in daily. I started drinking 16oz in the morning on my way to work, waiting and hour and then eating. Drinking another 16 oz an hour after eating and an hour before lunch. and the same with dinner. Im still full from the water so im not eating much but am trying to get the protien in first. What has worked for other people, i know water is not easy, im drinking Flavor Splas by Aquafina and crystal lite.. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Good for you. it will only be a matter of time and you will have a routine down that works for you!! water is so important and 1 of the best things that a new bandster can make a habit of right from the start!!!! La_madam 20 Posted September 25, 2005 I use a 20 oz aguafina water bottle with a sports top..I use the Crystal Light singles which are designed for a 20 oz bottle, I drink 20oz of plain Water in the AM before I eat anything, another 20 oz of plain water 1 hr after breakfast...another 20 oz of crystal light before lunch...another 20 oz of crystal light 1 hour after lunch...another 20 oz of crystal light in the late afternoon before dinner...andm y last 20 oz of plain water in the evening after dinner.
