Congratulations! I quit smoking cold turkey almost 9 years ago. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do--but I did it. Now, I get a headache any time I'm around someone who is smoking. Weird huh? Anyway, WAY TO GO!!!!

I know I need to quit. I have a new boyfriend and he has never smoked a day in his life. They say that 9/29 is a good day per the Farmers Almanac? Ok....I want to do it...anyother smokers out there want to support each other in this decision???

Congratulations! That's truly awesome!

After smoking 1+ packs a day for 21 years, I quit Dec. 27, 1998 using the Nicoderm patch and Zyban. I'd be lying if I said I'm never tempted, but I treat it like any other addiction; I know I'm just one puff away from a pack-a-day habit, and I just don't do it.

Hey girl you have done yourself and your loved ones a huge favor, you will be so happy. One less form of bondage! I quit 51/2 years ago and am much happier. Keep the positive attitude and the best to you.
