Okay, this is my favorite weather guy here in SE ID, but he just quit his job so he can devote all his time to researching peculiar weather phenomena… weather warfare: we are being attacked by Yakuza under direction from the FSB/KGB …

So in early 1990, the weather engineering operations over North America were assumed from the FSB/KGB by the Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo teams, and operations continued with the Yakuza's leased giant scalar interferometers. The weather engineering against the United States continues today under the rogue Japanese teams on site in Russia, with direct FSB/KGB supervision. (Tom Bearden)

Okay, The cliff notes version: My favoriate weather guy is convinced that the KGB is using Japanese mobsters and terrorists to attack These Unitied Stated of America using weather machines.

Katrina was a direct attack.

Rita was a direct attack.

The longer tornado season is a direct attack.

Yakuza (Japanese Mob)

the Aum Shinrikyo,is a Japanese Terrorist group responsible for a Serin nerve gas attack in a crowded Tokyo subway

It sounds a bit off but this is one interesting quote I found.
