Kira 0 Posted September 23, 2005 Well, I was not able to speak with Kari this morning, but I heard them talking to her in recovery as they whisked me out the door, so I believe she made it okay as well. I was in by 6:30, surgery a little after 7:30 and home by 10:45. I have a few aches and pains, but am doing okay. Kari--hope all went well with you. I look forward to keeping up with your progress. Other than localized pain and a horrible dry mouth, I feel somewhat normal. Glad to hear that everything went ok. Kira 0 Posted September 23, 2005 We did go to the same Dr. back to back. I am also having just some localized pain. Sipping Water all day. Had a little broth. Trying to walk around each hour. I do have the shoulder pain. I feel a bit "stiffer" after having taken a nap, but I've walked around and shaken that a bit. I'll keep you posted as I progress.
