I felt the same way...I have been on mushies for almost 3 weeks now. I usually eat about 1/2 cup at a time and I try to go for high Protein items first. When I first started mushies I would look at the clock and make sure it was taking me about 20-30 minutes to eat. I also use toddler utensils when I am eating something that I REALLY like so I don't take too big of bites.

I also try to drink water/crystal light whenever I am not eating so that I have a better chance of staying hydrated. Good luck to you!
