choldren 0 Posted September 22, 2005 I'm post-op 4 weeks (Aug 24) . I've been walking daily on my treadmill but haven't started back to my aerobics / pilates exercise yet. Jammin & Losin 1 Posted September 23, 2005 I started walking for excersice about two weeks after I was banded. I still walk several times a week but..... I reallly need to step it up a notch and join the gym or something!!! Good luck wit your band and with your excersicing. Start out slow and work your way back up as you feel ready!!
