I have done all the research and hopefully spoke to all the right people and now I am in the process of looking for a surgeon. As I live in Australia and do not have provate health insuance the operation is not covered by Medicare and I will trying to withdrawl from by superannuation funds early to pay for my surgery. I would be especially interested to hear from anyone who lives in Australia and can recommend someone or who has paid for the operation from thie super.
