Chat Issue or User Issue

Chat not functioning again. It doesnt load. Cleared cache, tried different magnification and everything else I can think of. Whats up? thanks.

We have been having problems with chat. Our systems people are aware of it.

It seems like every time I log on the chat has either changed or I can't get into it anymore...frustrating!

Still having problems logging into chat, I can see that other people are in there. ( via the main page )HELP! It been almost a week since I have been able to get in and I am jonesing for my chat.
