I think I have become bored with my current routine. I do the treadmill everyday for 45 minutes then off the 4-5 weight machines. I am usually in the gym for 1.5 hours 5 times a week.

Any suggestions on a new cardio workout routine?

HELP!!

The Active is great for the wii. Have you tried a rowing machine or elliptical machine? You will get a good workout if you mix either in with the treadmill.
