Starting MediTrim (protein shake) this Wednesday.

Hey guys!

I'm starting th MediTrim this Wednesday and I'm nervous of course because I don't want to cheat. I'm very lucky because my doctor (DR. CHRISTOPHER S. COBOURN ) recommended MediTrim beause after 2 days it stops the hunger pains. I hope for dear life that's true! Has anyone else had MediTrim and found it to be okay for hunger pains?

Hey there, I haven't started my diet yet. I am going to do my pre stuff on the 17th and don't really know what to expect. I am nervous. I am having my sugery on the 29th also. I am sooo excited but scared at the same time b/c I don't know how this pre-op & post-op diet will work. Good luck to you and I hope things turn out good!
