Went to the doc for my 4 week check and lost another 7.5 pounds for a total of 24.5 pounds since surgery on 7-7.

I was banded a week ago today and have lost 7 lbs. Thats a pound a day... It was crazy when I saw that on the scale. I am very happy....

Before the pre-op diet I weighed 226. I think I went down to 219. They weighed me the day after my surgery and I went back up to 225. I am now at 209.5. I am very happy (and starving). I am on liquids until Wednesday. I have never been so excited to eat mushy food!
