Hello everyone, I've been reading forums on this site for sometime now and decided to actually join and tell my good news too. I just found out yesterday that my insurance co approved me. I'm just too excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am using Dr Gary Stevens in Lafayette Louisiana, about a 45 minute drive from my home. The staff there are the greatest. Waiting on psych eval report then we can set the date!!!!!!!!! :thumbup:

Congrats! I am down here on the West Bank in New Orleans. My surgery is July 24th with Dr. Richardson.. Start Clear Liquids tommorrow. This place is WONDERFUL for answering questions and making new friends! Welcome!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
