I usually drink some wine or a nice vodka martini. Alcohol is fine but it WAY goes to my head fast. I think it's mostly because of the reduced calories I'm eating. It used to take three or four and now one and maybe half of two and I'm blitzed. Cheap date!!!

It's hard to find mixers without the massive sugar and calories. I've tried two brands of sugar free margarita mix and they both tasted terrible.

Curious, those of you who posted NO Carbonation Again...is that because it can damage the placement of the band or just that there is a discomfort?

carbonation can cause erosion... that is why they say no more and some people say it is uncomfortable to drink too!

Psst....I haven't given up my sour apple martinis. But I have only had three since my band. They do go to my head very quickly, though.

Thats so funny you said that ! cus I drink crystal light all the time and this past weekend I poured a shot of vodka in it and it was really good ! I couldnt even taste the vodka! I had the regular lemonade one though , but Im going to buy the sunrise one now for when we party ! thanks for the tip !
