Challenging day yesterday - got up late, missed my morning "wog" and then missed my walk to the office building because I missed my train Recovered by walking at lunch and back to the train station in the afternoon - despite wicked humidity. My health is more important! Got home and immediately changed clothes and went for my "wog" with DDog. Wanted to beat the rain that was forecast, plus I had an online class at 8 pm. Made it with time to spare, plus I wogged farther yesterday than previous days. I'm loving the c25k program so far! Walked with DDog this morning, plus a walk to my office building from the train station. 55 pounds ago, humidity would have stopped me from doing anything except turning on a fan...now I don't care - unless it's a severe thunderstorm, I'm gonna get my wog or my walk in.
