As with anything the Band is a tool....use it and you will loose. I have had some days where I have been not so good with my diet....but I get right back on it. Also with my last fill I finally have restriction and my body tells me when I have eaten 1 bite over my 4 oz, now I have to get myself to recogonize when that next bite is going to be the one. With saying that I am VERY HAPPY I got the lap band, I had to pay 11,000 of the cost and do not regret it for one minute.
